Absolutely disgraceful service received from Sam Stevens at the Canterbury office. We had an offer accepted and had instructed solicitors, whom Sam took it upon himself to call every two hours initially. Then the calls stopped and we (and our solicitor) were trying for two weeks to contact Sam and he did not respond at all to calls, emails or texts. Eventually, we took the unusual step of contacting the vendor directly, to be informed that as the deal was 'not progressing', the papers had been withdrawn the previous week! That was completely untrue and we had not informed Sam anything of the kind. Sam did not even have the decency to contact us and inform us of this development; he just took a cowardly route of ignoring us - even telling the vendor that he had contacted us when he had not. We have spent a considerable amount of money on this deal and will be submitting a formal complaint however, if we can save someone else having to deal with this individual, then this review will have been worthwhile. Please avoid.
