Worst agency ever. I am living in UK more than 6 yrs for now. I have rented from so may different people during this period. When we moved to Cardiff from London last year we put our savings in it. We haven't got job before we moved here so we had to pay 6 months+deposit in advance all together £4750. Since day one we have reported all issues, water leaks, issues with single glazed windows, mould, boiler break down but no one seems to be working on it or care about it since we have paid already our rent they don't care if we are living in a kind shelter house because of all the issues. We did rented a 2 bedroom house and yet we can not use the rooms because of the issues. The same issue is going on in the living room as well, now we are experiencing issues in the kitchen on top of it. Still no answer or solution from their side. We can not move out since we have already paid for 6 months and we put our all savings in it. Today was a lady here to do the inspection but she literally ran out of the door when we started to show her all the issues. This house in the current condition is not worth £650/month since we most likely living in a shelter not in a house. They did hide all the issues so great when we here to look around everything was nicely freshly painted. In the bathroom instead of grouting between the tiles there just a white paint cover it up.... I want to see something back from my money. Honestly this house with all the issues is not worth £650/month.

Albany Rd branch rented us a property that was later seized by Environmental Health for being a fire hazard. We moved into another property, furnished, with no beds. The maintenance team and I believe the whole management are incompetent and careless. Try to avoid this estate agent as they are a nightmare. Rented a furnished property in Cardiff through Peter Alan. From the start of the tenancy agreement there were problems with paperwork not done properly. Very poor communication. Few viewings and even fewer that did not appear to be anything other than a response to my telephone calls. Slow and needed badgering to drop price as agreed.
