Really poor service from start to begining failed to mention addidtional fees to renew contract. Gave me false advice on property maintance by the lld . Too them 7 months to take down the peter alan sign from the house. No bulbs blinds or curtains in property. Boiler broke dowm on numerous... Read Full Review

Poor they charge £150 upfront per person only offer a 6 month tenancy at first then charge you £100 admin fee to renew for another 6 months then charge another £100 to renew..... one big cash cow

Waste of time and liars. Maintenance team sent an unsuitable imcompentant contractor to carry out work which wasn't completed to building regs.
