Well what can i say was good about Taylors, my house was put on the market at the beginning of June 2019 with in 3 days Ben contacted me to say we have a buyer a developer. He said that he had used him in the past and was very good, the developer came round and had a look and put a good offer in which i accepted. Everything was going great they even sent a architect around to draw up their plans. It was about 2 weeks until we got a date when we were contacted by Ben at Taylors to say that they could only build one house to the side of the property not two. So they put a lower offer in which we refused, so the sale ended at that. With in a day Ben from Taylors then contacted myself again saying he has another developer interested and said this time he his 100 percent and that he personally knew him. Great things are looking up for us again so they came round to view and put in an offer which i accepted, over the moon. Its now the end of October and about a week away of getting our dates, have just been told by Ben of Taylors that the buyers have just pulled out, so not just losing the sale of my house again i am also losing the buying of my new one too. So 5 months of having my property on the market with Taylors and arranged to have the price dropped on my new property to losing everything, that includes the deposit for a solicitor. I am now starting all over again so no chance of a move before Christmas and definitely not using Taylors Kingswood Bristol, so thanks a lot Taylors.
