Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Requested a full copy of the EPC so I could see what work needed to be done. They said they'd send it and didn't. I asked again and they said they couldn't find it. Was promised it again. Had to chase it again and three times in a row they cut me off. When my husband rang and asked not to be cut off surprisingly the phone line was OK. They did finally send it through. After I left work early to attend a. viewing with them they cancelled the viewing. As the offer had been accepted earlier in the day some more notice would have been welcome. Having had a different branch of Taylors value our house and telling us they do evening viewings at 6/7 p.m it was interesting that when we asked about the latest viewing we were told it was 5 pm. Basic rule- don't believe anything they say and if possible use a different estate agent.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
