I am selling my flat and buying a house. I arranged a valuation of my property by Taylors of Kingswood. Their agent, Tom Bowley, came over to carry out the evaluation of my flat. Tom was well prepared, and he brought with him a Valuation Pack with useful information about helping me to sell my property, best price guide with examples of prices of the similar properties in my area, the EPC for my property, and the list of practical tips to prepare my property for viewings. Tom presented as highly professional, well prepared, very helpful and friendly. He clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. After I signed the contract with Taylors, Tom arranged my property to be photographed the next week. He responded promptly to my e-mails, and provided me with a draft copy of my property description and photographs. He incorporated my suggestions to my property description before putting it live onto the property sites. I have just completed the first step towards selling my property, and so far I have been happy in my dealings with the Taylors of Kingswood representative. I will provide an update in due time.
