I have been renting properties through Concept for over 5 years and during this period have found the company to be very professional and trustworthy. They also handle any repairs or requests from my tenants. During this time I have never had any complaints from any of my tenants and any problems have been rectified promptly. They ensure landlords have all current legislation in place for both tenant and landlords benefit. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any prospective landlords. Keep up the great work you do and ignore the negative trolls.

I have used Concept twice and found them to be very helpful. Any repairs were always done. One time I had to wait about 3 days for the gas engineer to order a part but that is understandable.
