I would strongly advise all people to avoid this company.. I lived in a property for 1 year with them I had constant texts, spoke to in ill manner ... Jim uses bullying tatics when it comes to women he likes to reduce them to tears... My heating went on the blink on christmas eve and they ignored the emergancy line until new years eve and then left me a further 5 days until an engineer appeared... Keep in mind I have my two kids (son 2yo) (daughter 5yo)... I reported I had a leak watering was flying from the ceiling and he told me he would get john down the next day my partner called back and said he would have to get someone else in and we would send them the bill wiuthin 20 Jim appeared with John , the resoloution was dont fill the bath too much as there is no pipe on your over flow we will call back to repair the ceiling on a later date and never did....... Eventually I had enough started looking for another property moved out after my 2 months notice now my mother is being bombarded with letters about owing £6700 for repairs on the property that hasnt been damaged by myself ... Jim (james) is ignoring my texts and calls and requests for receipts for all these 'damages' and trying to put the fear into my mum who is already on medication for her heart and loss of sleep.... James I will take this all the way I am going to warn all the people I can and more and destroy your business the way you have destroyed us

10 Apr 2018I must say that I find some of the accounts of former tenants of Concept Lettings Ltd very harrowing. It appears that some of the tenants have had some very traumatic experiences as a result of the alleged failings of this letting agency to address the problems in the properties under their management.

18 May 2018Yes I would avoid this company done maintenance work a few years back and was called to a property which the tenant was complaining of smelling gas eventually traced it out to be a crack in the gas pipe put this back to the letting agent to which there response was can we not botch it up with a piece of blue tac yes you read it right folks

8 Feb 2019This review is very hard to read as it brings back memories from last year when I was in a similar situation caused by these people, It is just so sad that they can act like this and treat people so bad all so they can make money, they don't care that they are making people ill and their life so hard, it is beyond me and I really do not know how they can sleep at night, based on my own experiences I have never met such horrible people before or since and I am glad last year is just a bad memory and I no longer have to suffer at the hand of unscrupulous landlords and agents, concept properties ltd shame on you for doing this to people and you should be shut down

8 Feb 2019Unfortunately our troll is again active. We can only assume he went to ground ( undoubtedly a very apt turn of phrase for a troll !! ) to prepare more of his childish nonsense. We are extremely busy and do not have the time nor inclination to respond in full. As ever our odious troll has tried to be inventive with his numerous spurious troll names ( his latest " Jimmy Doherty " is particularly amusing ) but sadly not as inventive as previously. Obviously we do feel genuinely sorry for our troll who is clearly a sad and very disturbed individual but we again have no choice but to pass has latest inane rants to the Police and our solicitors. His real identity and details will soon be known to all. We will issue a further statement in due course but meantime eagerly await this hideous individual's next pseudo name and many bogus claims.

I have used Concept twice and found them to be very helpful. Any repairs were always done. One time I had to wait about 3 days for the gas engineer to order a part but that is understandable.
