PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I used them to let my property and have since switched and have finally got peace of mind about my property. Andrew Louis never answer their phone when you try to call, i left umpteen messages with my property manager who very rarely returned my calls, every time i went into the shop the staff were on their mobiles talking to whoever while phones were ringing away in the background, e-mails went unanswered, my tenant fell into arrears with the rent and Andrew Louis never even bothered to tell me, they had a couldn't care less attitude about my arrears and only chase arrears one day a week, Pam told me she was my property manager then when i had a problem, suddenly it was someone else who was my property manager, i had quotes done for repairs which were never forwarded to me so my tenant was without a washing machine for a good few weeks, they are complete amateurs at the letting game, there are much better agents out there, there's a fantastic one just around the corner from them in fact. AVOID ANDREW LOUIS AT ALL COSTS.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
