Andrew Louis block management team have managed Hesslewell Court Ltd. for a year now and the board of directors have been very pleased with the whole team. I must give a special mention to Ed Wallace our first contact who has been helpful in the extreme and I can't speak highly enough of his helpful and efficient attitude and skills. We had a disaster in January when a roof blew off our lift shift landing on the roof of the main building. The workman attended the same day, even though his own home had a tree fall on the roof of his child's bedroom. That's dedication for which Hesslewell Court are extremely grateful. Ed Wallace has been Eton Court main contact. As a committee we have contacted him about range of issues which he has resolved. As a resident and as chair of Eton Court residents committee I have found staff, Gemma Robertson, Ed Wallace and Lisa Johnson at AL Prescott Rd Liverpool to be supportive and responsive working with us to make Eton Court a good place to live.

DO NOT RENT WITH ANDREW LOUIS LIVERPOOL. The worst estate agents we have ever come across - they don't deserve 1 star in honesty. From the get go every simple question was met with "we will call you back" never mind the responses when we actually moved in. To put it short, as soon as our contract is over we will be looking elsewhere and would advise everyone to avoid this joke of an estate agents.

Communication is awful and terribly slow with me that had to chase several times to get a response, they don't care about the customer from the first moment you pay and they know, or already try, that they can milk the customer until the end of the contract.
Not recommended at all.
