Booked a viewing a week in advance, turned up on time to find out the agent had 2 other couples viewing the same property at the same time! We offered to wait for the others to finish, as there were not enough space for 3 couples to assess the property simultaneously. The agent said she would have to "throw us out" soon as she had something else to do later, literally using that phrase. Got a callback from Julie the day after for feedback. Worse still, Julie tried to put the blame of their poor conduct on the vendor without even apologising for once, I'm not sure how the vendor would feel if (s)he found out. Utterly non-professional and lacks basic courtesy. Best avoid.
