Charging us rent for a house we could not live in. They removed the bathroom, and still took rent for a place we couldn't even have the dignity of using a toilet in! Abhorrent service received over the past two days with Didsbury branch of Julian Wadden. Attended a viewing of a property which was really nice, perfectly suited my needs. Not only do they have the audacity to charge 60% of the rent as their fee(!!) But they do absolutely nothing to earn it. Useless and lazy and incompetent. Letting agent knew nothing about the property. The management company sits at their computer answering emails but never actually attending the... Read Full Review
