The 'service' (and I use that term very loosely) that Waddens provide is extremely slow (to the point of tedium), frustrating and wholly inefficient. The 'service' (and I use that term very loosely) that Waddens provide is extremely slow (to the point of tedium), frustrating and wholly inefficient. We marketed our property with them for three months in total, and in that timeframe I had to send email after email after email, either chasing up requests made or (as a former estate agent myself) spoon feeding! They made a catalogue of errors when marketing our property and operate on a very reactive basis. Their staff members do not appear motivated to sell houses and seem more preoccupied with promoting newly opened local bars on their Twitter page than selling property! A complete waste of time! A long, drawn out headache. Don't bother.
