Booked a viewing a week in advance, turned up on time to find out the agent had 2 other couples viewing the same property at the same time! Booked a viewing a week in advance, turned up on time to find out the agent had 2 other couples viewing the same property at the same time!
We offered to wait for the others to finish, as there were not enough space for 3 couples to assess the property simultaneously. The agent said she would have to "throw us out" soon as she had something else to do later, literally using that phrase.
Got a callback from Julie the day after for feedback. Worse still, Julie tried to put the blame of their poor conduct on the vendor without even apologising for once, I'm not sure how the vendor would feel if (s)he found out.
Utterly non-professional and lacks basic courtesy. Best avoid.

do not sell or buy with this agency especially the reddish branch . the manager Hassan has done a lot of dodgy things. I brought him to get a valuation on my house, the first time he valued my house at £150,000, then he said he will bring me a buyer, and as soon as he got a buyer he said its worth... Read Full Review

He didnt even put the house on the market, this indicates he brings buyers that he knows personally
