2 Apr 2019From this review it is impossible to determine precisely who this relates to. We believe that it relates to an application made on 25 March 2019. The applicant physically viewed 2 properties, and then requested a video viewing of a third. The video was originally scheduled for filming on 26 March, but was delayed by 24 hours due to staff absence. It was filmed on 28 March and sent to the applicant the same day. I would request that the person who left this review makes contact with me via oxford@martinco.com so that we can clear-up the misunderstanding.

9 Apr 2019This is not me. Frankly, it speaks to how little they know their prospective clients that they believe that this person is me. Luke still didn't have the decency to explain this to me. I am not going to bother emailing this agency as there are much more professional and respectful agencies in Oxford.

10 Apr 2019We respond to between 100 and 150 enquiries per week during this time of year, and respond to multiple requests each week for video viewings. With the reviewer choosing not to make contact,it is impossible to identify her/him. I apologise if my previous response did not refer to the correct case, but I am unable to go further without direct contact from the reviewer. I apologise that we were unable to provide an acceptable service on this occasion.

Unhelpful and arrogant correspondence with Robert, which was at best unprofessional and at worst incredibly rude.
