Very unhelpful, lied on the state of the property was going to be in (there excuse is that when doing the contract there weren't any special requirements. Since when cleaning the property up before new tenants move in is a special requirement!) , bad communication between landlord and agency... ... Read Full Review
Stick to what you say: If your going to say that the property is going to be in a certain condition make sure it\'s actually going to be in that condition. Don\'t give stupid excuses: Saying that nothing was written in the special requirements section isn\'t an excuse for not doing something as basic as making sure the property is clean. Stop using the landlord as a shield: Every single problem we\'ve told you we had had been answered with \"oh we need to contact the landlord for that\". You don\'t need to contact the landlord to do some repairs, and if you do, make it quick. Don\'t keep your clients waiting for weeks to sort thing out. Don\'t make us get Tenants Liability insurance of it\'s not needed: When I moved in to the property I couldn\'t believe the quality of the furniture. If your going to give us sh** don\'t make us pay extra for it.
If your going to make us pay that amount of agency fees, at least make sure your customer service is top-notch.

21 Nov 2014As Head of Lettings for Moginie James, I was very disappointed to read these comments as we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service - however after going through the entire company...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
