So booked a viewing with them which Tom was good at swapping it around as I was booked on the wrong house. Not their fault a mistake made our end. Got shown around really liked it and asked if I pay referencing will this hold it got told yes. So when I go and pay referencing a very rude and arrogant older woman was doing this. I explained about a problem that might occur on the reference but what was my options. The response I got was nothing your going to fail. OK but you've not tried yet also explained I wanted to do a £20 check which they let u do BTW to make sure you pass referencing then you can upgrade if you do. So I paid over the money to hold the house and 20£ for the pre check. Still being very rude and unhelpful. Go in Saturday morning she moans about how everyone's interrupting her lunch but was a bit more chilled but still giving no guidance told us the system was down till 2pm and that she'd ring us. 1:05pm we get a phone call told we failed like she said we would we asked our option she said nothing you can do. Told her we're be in to collect our money. We then found out she'd only checked one of us she came out yelling at my partner which in response he said to her she wasn't doing her job correctly due to not giving any guidance to us. We had a guarentor on offer too but apparently that means nothing either according to her, but cause my partners job is new we could have a guarentor for that. All very confusing! She then got my partner out the door and closed the door in his face. VERY RUDE woman! Get everyone has a bad day but when your customer related and a job their in you have to have some sort of customer service!

This agent is so brilliant! Not only did they find a buyer for our bungalow really quickly but they helped smooth difficulties every step of the way. We used Chris Bloxham to sell our property earlier this year. We had so much bad luck with firstly a time waster, then our next buyer had to pull out. What agent could do to change your mind?
Bad! Not only are the fees very high for entering some things into a computer but are not refundable if they say no to a tenancy. I'm sure that's borderline legal to say the least. They just seem really corrupt.

the service levels that have been experienced leaves me with the opinion that B & B lives up to the generally held opinion of estate agents!
