We used Chris Bloxham to sell our property earlier this year. We had so much bad luck with firstly a time waster, then our next buyer had to pull out. So when they remarketed our house for the third time we couldn't have asked for better service. They definitely went more than the extra mile to sell it. Cherry must have been sick of hearing my voice on the telephone but she was never anything but professional and helpful every time we spoke. I would highly recommend this independent estate agent if you have a property to sell. Chris, Cherry and the team you really are first class.

This agent is so brilliant! Not only did they find a buyer for our bungalow really quickly but they helped smooth difficulties every step of the way. What agent could do to change your mind?
Bad! Not only are the fees very high for entering some things into a computer but are not refundable if they say no to a tenancy. I'm sure that's borderline legal to say the least. They just seem really corrupt.
