Very unfair towards working people. Arranged viewings for 2 houses with short turn-around (taking the next available slot, or so I was told). I agree with previos posts, they only seem interested in MONEY and not tennants. (My rent increase of �600 they blame on the Government which is highly unprofessional). Worst estate agents I have ever encountered. They seem dodgy when we first dealt with them when it came to the fees, not being refundable if they turned us down for a property. What agent could do to change your mind?
Bad! Not only are the fees very high for entering some things into a computer but are not refundable if they say no to a tenancy. I'm sure that's borderline legal to say the least. They just seem really corrupt.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
