When I was renting a house, everything was perfect. No issues, all agents was very helpful... Everything changed when I was in situation that lanlord send me a letter with information that I need to move out during 2 months, because he want to move in!!!! No help at all from agency with finding new house, only calls with questions when we will move out and threats that our case will finish in court!!!! They didn't want to hear explantions that during this period we have 3 week holiday ( booked one year earlier),children and they school, that we need to find something safe and close to it. Nothing!!!! No extra days to move out!!! End of story... We found house, we shortened our holiday, we moved out!!! Firstly they came to pick up keys to house 3 days after deadline because of bank holiday( which when we ask for we couldn't have) and now after 3 weeks we didn't received deposit back!!!! What is the funniest thing...they never called me that landlord has some issues with house , I called them after a week of moving out to ask what is going on... "lovely" lady on the phone said that she don't have any details about it and when she will found out she will call me back... she never did!!! I called her back today.. And what?? She still don't know nothing!!! Only information what she gave me was that landlord said that house was filthy and greasy!!!! And needs deep cleaning.Joke!!! I already called DPS. Avoid this "Agency" as fire!!!! So much stress and they are not helpful at all!!!!!!!

What a lying crap company this is . Don't trust anything they say , better still avoid at all cost . They need to be closed down. They lie about tennant references and where they previously lived they don't do checks on guarantors and don't do home visits .AVOID... Read Full Review

They are appalling when returning phone calls. They are excellent at advertising, but when tenants are in place, especially if they are full management they will ignore your calls. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
