We called Marsh & Parsons as we were interested in a flat they advertised. They seemed helpful first and promised to have many other even more attractive flats available. However, they gave our phone number to co-workers and we received aggressive selling calls about 5 times a day from all different sales persons!!! Also we realized they are not listening to what is important to us. (We said strictly no flats with carpet floors. After that briefing they recommended us 4 flats with all carpet floorings?!). We found a flat then through another agency and when we told them we are no longer interested in flats, they did not accept. We still received calls up to 2 weeks after and they talked badly about the flat we have choosed. They were so aggressive selling that we lost trust in them soon.
aggressive selling calls. Very annoying. Varoius sales persons called 5 times a day.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
