They were incompetent and aggressive. They could not provide error-free documents, yet were insistent the documents be signed and the full amount of the (short-term) rent paid immediately. They made promises about the rental that they did not keep. They charged an outrageous amount of money for work they could not perform. They should not be in business. I will never use them again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They are so arrogant and incompetent, nothing is possible.

100% NEVER using them again. Absolutely terrible customer service when it came to check out. If only their efficiency of dealing with emails regarding check out was as good as their service whilst we were renting. Flatmates and I used Pinnacle Property to rent our first property. Absolutely appalling service, took complete advantage of our lack of knowledge. The agency is putting run-down and mouldy properties on the market and advertises them as being in a very good & clean condition. They describe landlords as being very friendly and always prepared to fix things...in practice these turned out to be unfriendly and unwilling to pay for any repairs ... Read Full Review
