hi mary, just joined it. i also have started proceedings with a lawyer against this fraud. it got worse yesterday when i discovered my tenant was made pay 3 months rent in advance. he went into locations in hamilton and jennifer gave him a false serial number for his deposit and when he contacted safe deposit scotland it did not match his address. so stenhouse has made almost 10k from my tenant and myself and paid a token of 541 pounds to me this week!

I can confirm no deposit made my on behalf of my tenant either. Leaving £595.00 to be paid by me on tenants behalf. No help or co-operation from Hamilton office for myself or tennant. Trading standards informed.
