These guys are absolute jokers, and have no idea about selling a property. I have sold a number of properties over the years and used different real estate agents. My recent experience with Bective Leslie Marsh (Notting Hill office), has been absolutely disgraceful. It is no wonder that online agents like Purple Bricks and Yopa are getting traction. After listing the property for sale with Bective Leslie Marsh, the original agent I spoke with was nowhere to be seen. I was left with some junior person (or someone that clearly had no idea about selling a property) to deal with. It was only after chasing numerous time, I would even be contacted about how the sale was going. This was often not more than a print-out from Zoopla! There was zero effort to sell the property; no suggestions on what could be done - even after asking if we should drop the selling price (below market) they didn't even respond. After complaining, I had a short phone call saying that they would provide regular feedback. Not apologising or even making an excuse for the ridiculously poor experience. However, after this, nothing again... These guys have no idea about selling a property, and are beyond incompetent.
Fees! Haha. They would have to sell a property to get fees.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
