This was my second attempt working with this agency but with equally disappointing experiences that barely went beyond initial discussions. Absolutely no requirements that I shared (location etc) was acknowledged and I was bombarded with options that were not even close to what I was looking for. On occasion when I would find something on my own on their website and inquire, they are unable to respond. It seems their first priority is to push flats that have been on the market for a while. No customer service.

In these hard times , they have written to their suppliers that they want 25% of any invoices raised to them for services, totally outrageous and damn greedy , they wi probably rip off the landlords... Read Full Review

These guys are absolute jokers, and have no idea about selling a property. I have sold a number of properties over the years and used different real estate agents. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
