We let our family house in Dorridge when we moved overseas through John Shepherd Knowle and were horrified at the service we received. When our tenants failed to pay the rent the agent (despite having been told not to) relet the property to them effectively making it impossible for us to remove that tenant for another 12 months. Shepherds gave us incorrect advice on insuring our property and seemed not to care what happened with our home. We were very , very unhappy with the service we received. Now with Xact and much happier.
