After a recent and for me a first experience of a change of tenant at a fully managed apartment there were a number of issues at the apartment which have been fairly quickly rectified (at a cost) and the apartment has been re-let swiftly. However a dispute arose between myself and my former tenant concerning the related cleaning and repair costs which I felt should be paid for out of my former tenant's deposit. Lauren Collins capably led me initially through the Sequence process of trying to resolve the dispute and then directed me to refer the issue to the TDS - a good but convoluted process. Again Lauren guided me through this process and I am pleased to say that my former tenant has now agreed to my claim in full without TDS having to become involved and the TDS case has now been closed.

I pay a percentage of rental income and am so pleased that I made the decision to be fully managed.
