Poor tradesmen, sloppy work, lots of costly mistakes and an aggressive, childish and unhelpful attitude from the staff. Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely awful how they treat vunrable people. They will also try and scam you out of the deposit. If you report mould in the flat they will do nothing except tell you to buy some Cilit Bang and clean it, which then marks the paint - which they charge for after you move out.
