Lauren has been extremely helpful in assisting us with everything to do with our property, always happy to hear from us and extremely kind and understanding of any issues we have. I genuinely feel as though she goes above and beyond for her customers, and is always available to speak to us, and quickly responds to my emails, and also keeps me updated with any processes. It's always a pleasure to see an email from her.
