I wish I could put a negative star. Used them for renting a property out and found them to be incompetent and very slow in replies (weeks). Do not take responsibility for their actions/mistakes, are full of excuses and quick to try and blame the client for their misleading information and mistakes. Failed to carry out check on prospective tenants and keep up to their 'service offering'. Tried to complain several times, which was not taken seriously. Told if i made a complaint it is a different 'route' and they cannot help me solve the problem. Bull*, but i went with it to try and sort it out and leave them. Took my money regularly, that is the only thing they seem to have kept on top of. In the end, the manager was helpful and managed to sort my issues out after several months so I could leave asap. However would have been nice to not have the issues in the first place. Terrible service. Stay far, far away.

They are the worst. They cannot do their job. Very ignorant. They have cancelled a viewing over 3 times for different properties on the day of viewing.
