Never use John German, West Bridgford to sell your property. This estate agency pushed me to sell my house for a very low price and I ended up selling my detached 3 bed house in compton acers, West Bridgford for 252,500/-, when the actual price was at least 270,000/- to 280,000/- in March 2016. Since I had not researched on market prices, I lost thousands of pounds because I chose the wrong estate agent to sell my house. Really disappointed with this estate agency. I will never recommend this estate agent to any seller.

avoid at all costs. These are a TERRIBLE estate agents. The staff (most, not all) are rude. We have had a broken gutter for a year and a half AND a leaking roof for 3 years (although it was partially fixed). If I could rate this branch less than terrible i would! I have found atleast 90% of the staff to be so disinterested an frankly about as useful as a chocolate teapot from the very second we sighted our tenancy agreement infact the lady who assisted with this was extremely rude and seemed pretty... We were trying to purchase a property advertised by John German, and had our offer accepted after several rejections.
