This is absolutely the WORST lettings agency and property management I have ever used. When I was renting the flat, they showed me three options. After I put an offer on my favorite flat, they called me back and told me they had forgotten that someone else already put an offer on the property. I then had to switch to the second option but found out that someone just put in an offer. They told me that there was no other option left so I had to choose the last option now that I already paid money when I put in an offer and that I was tight on time to find a flat. The last property turned out to be over priced. The landlord also refused to pay for all of the fixes to the flat. The flat used a 20+ year old boiler and it was broken when I moved in. I had no hot water for over three weeks. When I moved out, Marsh & Parsons practically forced me to get professional cleaners that cost 240 pounds for an hour's cleaning. The flat was left in a condition much better than when I moved in. And the landlord still decided to deduct money from my security deposit. This lettings agency is a FRAUD.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Their arrogance manifested itself in them never even bothering to come back to me to listen to my complaints. The don't give a toss about their customers.

Have dealt with the lettings part of Holland Park office, and agree with previous reviewer that Karen Aldrich was fantastic.
