We have use Blundells/Crystal Peaks Sheffield,so we would not have to mess about and have any hassle with tenants and in 5 months we've had 2 weeks rent. They now seem to have wash there hand us and the person that in our flat.So we look like taking legal action.when we eventually sell or rent it out again we won't be using Blundells .Having had lets in other place we have NEVER had any problems,Now we wish we would have rented it out ourselves.

I have been flat seeking in Sheffield for a couple of weeks. Blundells are basically impossible to avoid across flat hunting sites and they have multiple policies that seem to be designed to manipulate possible tennants into accepting properties sight unseen. We had a viewing for a property an hour away from where we currently live with Blundells. We were informed 15 minutes prior to the viewing that the estate agent “could not source the keys” when we were already waiting outside. The receptionist was not sincere or apologetic... Read Full Review

Blundells have managed our property for over 8 years. Absolute joke. Would have been more beneficial to sort it out ourselves. It is regrettable that I've signed a tenancy agreement with this agent. Arranged to move in at 9:45am today over 2 weeks ago. What agent could do to change your mind?
Compensate for the extra days van rental required due to not being able to present keys as scheduled.

I'm currently trying to sell my house with Blundells... and I have only one piece of advise... DO NOT USE BLUNDELLS!!! I can't stress this enough. DO. NOT. USE. THEM.
