Efficient, helpful and always diligent in moving the sale along and spot on with their advice. Good communication, availability of personnel to speak to, excellent follow up and pro-active tracking of the sale process. Always very polite and helpful. Quick to call back, respond to emails and extremely professional. They have a superb knowledge of the local property market and have an amenable manner when dealing with all parties involved and are very supportive along the way. With so many people moving to cheaper online estate agents it is this sort of service that will keep people using traditional estate agents. I have already recommended Cooper and Tanner to friends looking to move into the area and would definitely use them again in the future.
