After securing an offer there was very little feedback if any after offer acceptance other than some purposed negativity comments from the seller itself through agent correspondence. As time went by I decided to visit the owners of the house a talk personally about the purchase situation. The conversation dawned on both parties previous conversations had either been manipulated or in in some case not even passed on with the consequence of near loss of sale.
