Always very polite and helpful. Quick to call back, respond to emails and extremely professional.
They have a superb knowledge of the local property market and have an amenable manner when dealing with all parties involved and are very supportive along the way.
With so many people moving to cheaper online estate agents it is this sort of service that will keep people using traditional estate agents. I have already recommended Cooper and Tanner to friends looking to move into the area and would definitely use them again in the future.

After securing an offer there was very little feedback if any after offer acceptance other than some purposed negativity comments from the seller itself through agent correspondence. As time went by I decided to visit the owners of the house a talk personally about the purchase situation. The conversation dawned on both parties previous conversations had either been manipulated or in in some case not even passed on with the consequence of near loss of sale.
