We have sold our house and are looking for a large rental property. We have just asked to view a large rental property from the IIkley branch and were told we were not allowed to view it as we had not exchanged contracts yet and are not able to commit immediately, 'so it was a waste of their time and ours' (?). Bearing in mind we will have one week to vacate our 5 bed house once we have exchanged I do not see how we are supposed to wait until then to view a house to rent. The agents were rude, patronising and quite obnoxious. I sincerely hope the landlord who is wishing to rent this property finds a better agent who doesn;t feel their time is wasted by being asked to do their job. We meanwhile have other viewings today with professional agents

We've rented a total of six properties in the UK and have always had our bond returned. An agent named David Waterhouse walked through the property with us upon vacating and he said it needed a 'light cleaning'. We were well overcharged for a 'light cleaning' but there's no one to complain to - it's sometimes best just to be rid of them.

We used Angus Roberts to rent a flat in Leeds whilst relocating. Overall we found them to be excellent - very good communication via both email and phone and the app/website for reporting faults is particularly excellent. Fees are quite high compared to others in the Leeds area, but could be a lot more when compared to London etc and they do have good customer service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
the agents have time and time again failed to call me back i have called them over 20 times and they have called me back twice. i have advised them i have had medical issues due to the damp and they have stopped responding
