We have sold our house and are looking for a large rental property. We have just asked to view a large rental property from the IIkley branch and were told we were not allowed to view it as we had not exchanged contracts yet and are not able to commit immediately, 'so it was a waste of their time... We've rented a total of six properties in the UK and have always had our bond returned. An agent named David Waterhouse walked through the property with us upon vacating and he said it needed a 'light cleaning'. We were well overcharged for a 'light cleaning' but there's no one to complain to - it's sometimes best just to be rid of them.

We used Angus Roberts to rent a flat in Leeds whilst relocating. Overall we found them to be excellent - very good communication via both email and phone and the app/website for reporting faults is particularly excellent. Fees are quite high compared to others in the Leeds area, but could be a lot more when compared to London etc and they do have good customer service.

we used them to rent a house from and we have had no end of problems the damp in the property is terrible and there comment has been "well it was ok before you moved in" and they have advised to fix the problem they would think another radiator would do it. when i asked if this had been... What agent could do to change your mind?
the agents have time and time again failed to call me back i have called them over 20 times and they have called me back twice. i have advised them i have had medical issues due to the damp and they have stopped responding
