We were well overcharged for a 'light cleaning' but there's no one to complain to - it's sometimes best just to be rid of them.

Fees are quite high compared to others in the Leeds area, but could be a lot more when compared to London etc and they do have good customer service.

I felt that the real estate agent was more eager to get me to pay more than 400 GBP just to get trough the approval process than to convince me to actually rent the property. the agents have time and time again failed to call me back i have called them over 20 times and they have called me back twice. i have advised them i have had medical issues due to the damp and they have stopped responding
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
