Professionalism is key to good business. Sacking the rude employees would be a good start to achieving that goal.

I felt that the real estate agent was more eager to get me to pay more than 400 GBP just to get trough the approval process than to convince me to actually rent the property. He sad that 250 GBP would be paid back once I pay the first rent (which would be 12 month in advance by the way).... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Lower your initial fees (a lot) to a decent level and focus on the sale rather than the process.

The problem occurred upon checkout, David came out to inspect my apartment which had been thoroughly cleaned, however, he found some crumbs in the bottom of the grill pan and advised me that i would be charged over one hundred pounds for a cleaning service for these crumbs.
