Having just sold my property with this agent I would like to commend both Rosena Cahill and Debbie Fawkner. During the whole process they have kept me up to date and offered contructive advice and assistance. They were always available to discuss any areas of concern and made the whole experience relatively painfree! Excellent service!

Absolutely awful! Rented 2 properties through them. After moving into the second one we discovered that for an entire 6 and a half year tenancy our deposit had not been protected. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have provided us with accurate legal advice, adhered to the laws in regards to our requests for the landlords information sooner, provided us with the gate code and correct key fobs, cleaned the property as they had promised, actually helped sort out our eviction situation which was brought about in part by their lack of action.
