After an absolutely terrible experience with a very Big Derby Letting Agency and Landlord where we had to call in Enviromental Health I was very wary of who to use when finding a property for myself, my wife and 2 year old Daughter. Luckily we came across Surelet on the Rightmove website. At the very first property we looked at we were met by a very nice man who unlike the others did not want to just use us to meet targets to receive a bonus or try to put us under pressure to take an unsuitable place to live. In fact, he agreed with ourselves that the property was to small and not suited to a young child. He did however suggest another place that had just come onto the rental market that was the right size, had a garden and was newly renovated from top to bottom and in our price range. Again when he met us at the property he did not push us at all and to be honest the property sold itself! On agreeing to rent the property we were then put in the hands of Rosena at the Office what a revelation she was after our previous experience of members of staff at the Large Agency (who were bullies and showed no interest after they had received our money). We were having trouble from our previous Landlord who was bitter about us calling Enviromental Health in for the long standing hole in the roof, damp and mould that he exposed my family too and Rosena kept us calm and assured us every day until we received References and all information Surelet needed. On day we signed everything and received the keys and were lucky enough to meet Rosena she was extremely professional, precise and all in all an absolute asset to Surelet. The excellent quality of service given to us has thankfully continued especially as Rosena has now moved into the Property Management side of things! All in all Surelet are an absolute pleasure to deal with!
