We were new to letting out property so chose a name we knew but if turned out to be mistake. They mismanaged the tenants, mismanaged the issues reported by tenants, failed to act on our instruction and failes to communicate to the expected level. The property was suffering from a condensation issue mainly due to tenant behaviour. They arranged a quote for 7k to resolve. Yes, 7k. They have no idea how to manage common place scenarios. We have since had an independent survey done which confirmed condensation due to tenants living behaviour and recommended a single air vent. Which cost us less than 100 to install. We lost tenants due to their terrible service. Stay well clear folks. Go with a local agent. Countrywide are incompetent to say the least.

I contracted Countrywide to sell our flat in East Kilbride and am very disappointed by their service.
