We were new to letting out property so chose a name we knew but if turned out to be mistake. They mismanaged the tenants, mismanaged the issues reported by tenants, failed to act on our instruction and failes to communicate to the expected level. I contracted Countrywide to sell our flat in East Kilbride and am very disappointed by their service.
