We were mis-sold our sole agency agreement (not advised of 14 day cancellation, not directed to 'small print', not advised of fees payable etc. and were told they had a 'list' of potential buyers). Also their communication is APPALLING - We had to chase feedback from viewings instead of them calling us. They didn't tell us about viewings they had booked in. Also rung the office on a number of occasions, got no answer, so left message only for them to call my wife back as they didn't want to deal with me. One of their agents turned up 15 minutes late to viewing leaving the potential buyers outside. They also delayed the return of our door key when we removed property from the market with them. Due to these issues we gave them 1 last chance to sell the property, so we gave them a week to book in as many viewings as they could....3 was all they could muster! Had to send 2 complaints.

I used Simpson and Partner to put my house up for sale. Once I had signed my contract with them they couldn't care less it was as if they couldn't be bothered to sell the house. They promised me 5 viewings in the first week and not one happened. When I phoned up the agency it seemed hard work... Read Full Review

Spoke to me like a human being without being patronising. They should never of lied to me
