Initially service from Simpsons felt quite good, until we realised property had gone missing from our house (and coincidentally from a friend's home also on the market with Simpson's). After attempting to buy 2 houses through this branch I would take most things they say with a very large pinch of salt. Customer service seems to be a concept they don't subscribe to.
