After attempting to buy 2 houses through this branch I would take most things they say with a very large pinch of salt. Customer service seems to be a concept they don't subscribe to. Branch manager seemed pleasant enough but she went on maternity leave and things went downhill from then.

Initially service from Simpsons felt quite good, until we realised property had gone missing from our house (and coincidentally from a friend's home also on the market with Simpson's). Suspicions fell on one of their agents who left the company in a hurry within days of the theft and went to work... Read Full Review
