When we first contacted simpson and partners to advertise NN9 for sale, two reps. from said company came to talk with us to let us know what a wonderful company simpson and partners are, and that we would be on a journey together and every step of the way we would be kept fully informed of all developements and events of the sale.. Yeah right!! In the EIGHT (8) months that it took to eventually sell our property, my wife and I received approx. half a dozen phone calls from the office in Raunds and FOUR of those were concerning viewings. Any information that we required concerning the progress of the sale of our property we either had to call in to the office personally or make the neccessary phone call ourselves. I've lost count of the number of times that we were promised a return phone call, but never received one. The office in question even managed to mislay the deeds to the property we were selling, that had been left with them for safe keeping. Things got so bad with regard to the mis-information and static progress that we were experiencing that our buyers actually contacted us to find out what the devil was happening. They also, had the misfortune to be dealing with simpson and partners. with regard to NN9. and were as much in the dark as we were through a total lack of communication coming from simpson and partners. Having spoken with our buyers, it transpires that messages that they had been leaving at simpsons, for us, were not being passed on, and low and behold, our buyers never received any of the messages that we left for them. In the end, we, and our buyers came to the conclusion that we would be better off keeping in contact and sharing between ourselves anything that was relevant in the sale /purchase of NN9 because we could not trust simpson and partners to carry out the simplest of requests that we were paying them highly, to do. Even the solicitor that was reccommended by simpson and partners, tollers, was less than forthcoming with any information as to why the sale of NN9 was taking such a long time. There has been a definite lack of commitment on behalf of simpson and partners and tollers, to find cause or remedy to the problems that were plaguing the sale of NN9. In conclusion, my wife and I have paid simpson and partners �1800 to take a few pictures and arrange just three or four viewings. Other than that, they have done nothing else. Simpson and partners never sold our house, we sold our house, the condition of our house, sold our house. The decor of our house, sold our house. Simpson and partners have not even shown us the common courtesey of a letter or phone call to say thank you for using our services. For the service or lack of, that we have received, I really feel that my wife and I have been mugged!
