I had my house up for sale with Entwistle Green in Southport . They turned out to be the most expensive of all Estate Agents in Southport and also the worst for service which was absolutely deplorable. I rang them consistently only to be told nearly every time there was no one available and when I asked them could they ring me back, no one ever does. When I complained I just got sorry you feel that way. My daughter lets out a house in Southport and Entwistle Green manage it for her (or supposed to). My daughter says she also has rung up constantly and no one available so she went in to see them but still no one available so she asked them to ring but now a week later no one has rung yet. She has sent endless emails of complaint about their service also. I would definitely NOT recommend them and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole !!

This estate agent has the highest finding fees (reference checks, credit checks, etc. etc. etc.) but promised exceptional service. I rented a property for 18 months. The highest I found when looking to rent a property. but they promised exceptional service. The rent charged was also higher than average. But my partner really liked the kitchen, so we rented from entwistle.

Disgraceful. Other agents charge quarter of this and better service too. I got into debt to be lied to and nearly split up with my husband over the stress of it all.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to charge less. They need to ensure that when they say they are going to do something, they do it, or let you know they are trying! They need to learn how to be punctual and customer focused.
