We requested a viewing on right move which was up for let with entwistle green and lpl 3days later entwistle green contacted me and arranged a viewing the first words out off the ladys mouth was your the gentleman who was bankrupt arent you then appologised and said she had got me mixed up we then went to view the house and was very pleased with the property but this is were every thing went nasty within a hour of viewing I was sent a txt offering €100 off the €600 fees then 20 mins later another �100 off in the meen time lpl had contacted us about a viewing and said there fees were a flat �150 so we decided to go with them which I thought was my choice I then contacted louise and told her I was going with lpl I was then given a load off abuse about wasting time about a hr later they rang back and offered the property for �50 less a month I said I was interested the nxt day I was walking past the estate agent and they had put the property up for 900 I informed lpl who rang the landlord who wasnt pleased and they had to take it down as we had already put a application in todaythe 13th april my wife was rang by thebranch manager louise jackson who again was abusive down the phone shouting and my wife asked to spk to the manager she slammed the phone down I then went in my self to speak to louise and ask for a appology she just laughed andsaid we had payed 995 for a property that was only worth 900 and to get out off her branch im disgusted with the behaviour off a supposed manager im going to take all the way now is this a reflection on entwistle greens policies

This estate agent has the highest finding fees (reference checks, credit checks, etc. etc. etc.) but promised exceptional service. I rented a property for 18 months. The highest I found when looking to rent a property. but they promised exceptional service. The rent charged was also higher than average. But my partner really liked the kitchen, so we rented from entwistle.

Dont ignore correspondence. Do things when you say you will, like refund deposits.

Employ staff who don\'t lie, don\'t drink on the job and do what they get paid for instead of pretending to be 1980s business women.

Disgraceful. Other agents charge quarter of this and better service too. I got into debt to be lied to and nearly split up with my husband over the stress of it all.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to charge less. They need to ensure that when they say they are going to do something, they do it, or let you know they are trying! They need to learn how to be punctual and customer focused.
